The development of digital technologies has radically changed the direction modern media. Professional producers information – newspapers, radio broadcasting, and television entered Internet no more than fifteen years ago. is used by almost all types media in world as an additional channel for transmission distribution content. Many experts see a great future market. In Bangladesh, home to 160 million people, are already popular growing rapidly.
 TV began function at beginning 21st century. It was created specifically broadcasting on network, which requires high level technical equipment from both producer content provider consumer. Therefore, chronologically, last type that Internet.
